Hi again my friends,
Hope you’ve been well and having blessed days.
Today, I want to share with you a different way of making kafta, you can say a new version and it’s courtesy of my sister Amoul who’s a great cook herself.
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper (you can omit it if you don’t like the extra kick in your food)!
A muffin pan.
Method:
Mix all ingredients well together.
Spray the bottom of a muffin pan with Pam; divide the kafta into small balls and put them in the pan. With the bottom of a glass, press into each ball until the kafta spreads to the sides and makes a hole in the middle that you’ll fill with sauce and mashed potatoes later.
Bake the kafta in a 350 degrees preheated oven till done.
Fill each piece with tomato sauce and set aside till you prepare the potatoes.
