This is a very easy and tasty dip that takes no time to make. Prepare it for friends and family and make sure to refrigerate the leftovers!
- 1 can salmon (7 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon cognac
- 5 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 red onion, chopped
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Black pepper & salt to taste
- In a food processor, mix cream cheese, red onion, black pepper, salt & Tabasco.
- Add the capers, cognac, lemon juice and salmon.
- Mix until creamy & serve with crackers.
