    If you’re using fresh Mulukhiya leaves, how would you prepare the leaves? How would I ensure I cook it properly without resulting a thick “slimy” liquid?

      I’m very sorry for the late reply to your question about using fresh mulukhiya leaves.
      Some people like to chop the leaves however, I like to use them whole.After washing the fresh mulukhiya leaves, put them on a strainer to get rid of the excess water.
      Follow the same process as with the frozen mulukhiya and add lots of lemon juice in the end to prevent it from becoming slimy.
