As I have told you that I’m in process of relocating from state to state. Needless to say that all my kitchen stuff has not arrived yet and I’ve been making do with what I have on hand. Today, I want to recognize my sweet and lovely daughter in law Zeina who’s the best at making and eating banana pudding, lol! I love you Z!!!.
So Z, this is for you:
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding 5.1 oz
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz whipped topping (soft)
vanilla wafers (as needed)
1/2 milk to dip the wafers in
few pistachio nuts for garnish (optional)
In a bowl, mix the pudding, milk and vanilla. Add the whipped topping and slowly mix with your spatula. Set aside.
Dip the vanilla wafers in a little cold milk and distribute evenly to cover the bottom of a glass dish. Slice the bananas and cover the wafers then add the pudding mixture; repeat a second time with cookies, bananas then pudding. You can add a sliced banana to the top for garnish and sprinkle few pistachio nuts. Refrigerate for couple of hours and Bon Appetit!
